Tim Shields, Founder and President of Christian Media Association, already had 4,000 churches that were purchasing videos and professional graphics from him. However, he wanted a complete re-design of his website to: 1) Reflect the excellence of his company, 2) Highlight new products, services, 3) Appropriately recognize major sponsors, and 4) Simplify the shopping process.

The first step was a web design planning meeting to clearly define objectives, a sequence of steps to follow, and a timeline to complete everything. Next came a design layout for the home page by a professional graphics artist. Critical elements and action items for the home page had to be identified. Then came the actual creation of the website. At least 20 hours went into optimizing the home page alone. Finally, the shopping cart was completely redone with a well-organized structure to make it easy for members and other visitors to find what they are looking for.

Exposure to a variety of powerful Internet marketing tools has revolutionized how Michael does business. This has allowed him to substantially reduce travel time, while reaching many more people.

Dr. Jerry and Sharon Graham are both very experienced, certified Christian life coaches.

In June 2007, Jerry and Sharon Graham approached Dr. Randy Peck for his Internet marketing expertise to substantially increase sales for their nutritional business. Jerry told Randy he and Sharon didn't have trouble finding new clients. Rather, their problem was maintaining and building relationships with an ever-growing network. Their question was, "How do we keep people from going out the back door as fast as they are are coming in the front door."

Peck Webs completely revamped the original website for The Coaching Pair and also developed a second website (www.nutrition777.com) to promote their nutrition business.

On Sep 17, 2007, Jerry and Sharon officially launched their "Daily Gram." Through their email marketing, they are now sowing good seeds daily to more than 700 people daily to change lives, build strong relationships, and grow their network.

In Oct 2007, we designed and ordered 5,000 professional business cards with The Coaching Pair on one side and Nutrition777 on the other. Jerry says these are the first ones he has been proud to give out since leaving Kodak years ago.

In May 2008, Jerry and sharon are officially launching their nutrition and wellness webinars (web seminars).

Jerry and Sharon have been so delighted with our service and products that they have already referred more than 10 propects to us. Four of these have already become new clients. In addition, Dr. Randy Peck, through his POWER networking gifting, has opened the door for Jerry and Sharon to be part of Team Destiny to impact WELLNESS across America and the world.

In January 2007, Julia Peck (my wife) began an international coffee roasting business out of our garage. Her goal is to bless poor coffee farmers in countries around the world.

Julia asked my Internet marketing team to help develop and implement an Internet marketing strategy for her. This included a new website with a shopping cart and coffee e-newsletter. We are able to carefully monitor traffic and conversion using Google Analytics.

In May 2008, Julia is officially launching her coffee blog. Watch out world!

Spiritual Care Support Ministries

Rev. Liz Danielsen ministered as a hospital chaplain for many years before starting her own ministry in 2004. Her goal is to exponentially grow her ministry to become a national and eventually international. She realizes that with conventional marketing, this will not happen. Here is what Liz wrote in a recent email:

Dr. Randy Peck believes that what the interstate highway is to transportation, the world wide web (the internet) is to information. Randy has been involved in education, development, and networking with the computer since he was a student (1979 graduate) at the University of Virginia. He finished number one in his computer courses. Although his professors strongly encouraged him to enter to computer field as a career, he choose medicine.

Randy has developed and assisted me with two web sites. Both sites have been a blessing and have been well received.

Randy has made me a believer in the world wide web. Why? One reason, Randy and I met for the first time because of the internet. We were hosting an event at our church and it was being promoted via the internet. Randy saw the announcement and attended. That was in 2000. He is my best friend.

When we look back in American History it seems evident that more than a few of our founding fathers really had a deep love for the new nation. It is increasingly rare to find leaders today who give you a sense that they really love their city, state or country. More often than not civic leaders today seem more concerned with themselves and their political careers than with the people they supposedly serve.

I had the privilege of meeting someone recently who actually appears to genuinely love the city and state in which he resides. He is Dr. Randy Peck. Randy has such a love for his city Culpeper and Virginia that it exudes out of him in almost every conversation he holds. It is said that one speaks out of the abundance of his heart and I can testify that Dr. Peck has both Culpeper and the state of Virginia deep in his heart. I have never met someone who has such a genuine love for his city and state as this man.

I can't believe how quickly you developed the format and the design. I had no idea where to begin and you put it all together for me, virtually overnight. There were only a few changes that I made and that was a piece of cake.
